Biography: Senior Lecturer in Youth Justice and Youth Studies. Associate Lecturer with Open University. M.A. in Social Work, PGCHE, BA Hons in Social Administration, Certificate in Management, Certificate in Teaching, Certificate in Coaching. I worked as a Probation Officer for 10 years and as a Senior Probation Officer for 7 years; managing the Probation Approved Hostel, Drug Treatment and Testing Team and an Offender Management Unit in Derby City. In addition I have worked within Drug and Alcohol Services and ran my own company delivering Training,Consultancy and Coaching to the Criminal Justice sector.
